Immortals
Favored race of Solstice. Immortals are one of the oldest races on Dystopia (if not THE oldest race). They are thought to be a myth like the Drow since they went into hiding amidst the population so long ago and are almost impossible to spot. They are human in appearance with pale eyes and during the day with either white or pale blonde hair and at night it is pure black… how does that help?! We don’t know; they’re in hiding after all. Fae Favored race of Tasha goddess of Desire – The Fae are naturally magical creatures, regal and beautiful in both mind and stature. They are usually energetic and mirthful, full of passion for life. Although they are also very mischievous so be a bit wary. This is probably why Tasha chose them as her race and the Unseelie court is surely evidence of her influence with the Fae. Centaurs Favored race of Dunbar. Although they possess the inborn strength, speed, and power of a half-equine race the known herds of centaurs are not of the warrior-type. They are the teachers and the learners of Dystopia. Some individual members might leave to become the fearsome warriors they can be assumed to be but most live in the peaceful collective recording time as it passes. |

Gorgoyle Favored race of Sorisis. Not a misspelled race of ‘gargoyles’ though they are very similar. Gorgoyles are a humanoid people with somewhat dark flesh. They become winged at nights of the full moon, although warriors are taught to master the skill of changing at will. They are a very proud race, living on the same continent with the Alanois but at some conflict with them. Sub-races: half-Gargoyle(rare) |

Alanois Favored race of Briana. A winged race they would be best described as a mortal form of angelic beauty. The Alanois are fair skinned, fair of hair and while tall they are slight of build. Their wings are feathered and of pure white. They are a regal race and a somewhat closed society. Outsiders are not necessarily welcome within the walls of their main city. Animele Favored races of Darleen. It is not one race but indeed covers any race that takes it's personality and appearance from an animal counterpart. Not to be confused with Lychanthropes. A good example is the Kitsune. They tend to take on elemental powers and have 3 forms for the most part: full human, half human/half fox, and full fox. It is noted the possibility of half Kitsune existing and are generally stuck in the half human/half fox form. Sub-races: Kitsune, Armillo (armadillo), Swanmays, etc.. |

Irda Prefered race of Aidan. The Irda are ogres. They are typically tall and slender (six feet is common), dark blue or green skin with either black or silver or white hair, silver eyes, and beautiful voices. Pacifians Favored race of Marla. The humanoid populace of the sea they are not generally a hostile race but they are known to become defensive. Their appearance varies from half-fish, half-shark, or half-orca. | Tainami Favored race of Najwa. A native people the Tainami are very rarely seen outside the continent where this race resides and few outsiders are seen upon the continent. They are defined by their build, deep coppery skin and dark slanted eyes. They are quite isolated and primitive. Sub-races: Tainami has no true sub-races; only tribes. |

Only believed to exist on the accounts of a few sailors who so the creatures on the shore of the northern, uninhabited continent of Nadaria they are thought to be humanoid creatures resembling snow-shoe hares. They are about 7’ tall or more, with snow white fur and large ears. Sub-races: none to speak of |

They are a peaceful race of giants. They have silvery hair and either
silver or gold eyes. Although they have two legs, these are hairy and

Minotaur
Favored race of Retors. Minotaurs are large bull-headed humanoids known for their remarkable strength and constitution. All minotaurs are skilled in the tactic of bashing, and due to their great strength, cause more damage in combat. Minotaurs
are each very competitive by nature and enjoy outdoing eachother's accomplishments
which in turn leads to better overall standards for their civilization.

Saurial Favored race of Celes. They are like lizard men, but related to dinosaurs, they average 7 feet in height. They convey their emotions through different scents. They also chirp when they are happy, hiss when they are angry or annoyed and click when they are grumbling. Sub-races: half-saurial |
Kenku Favored race of Garth. Kenku are man-sized humanoid birds, Standing on two bird feet, they have two humanoid arms, and flightless wings on their backs, and are covered entirely in feathers, except for their sharply hooked beaks. They have developed a culture that parallels oriental cultures. They have an intricate society that indulges in excessive intrigue within and with the other societies it comes in contact with.
